Well it turns out that everyone (florist, hotel, airline) refunded the money except for the place where the reception was to be held out.
It made me feel sick when I heard this story. I wonder what it would have cost the restaurant
to make things right? Now their story is over the local news and people are calling for a boycott.
What ever happened to good customer service? And whatever happened to humans with heart.
